Who we are

Wallace Press is a small, family-owned business founded in 2024 with a simple purpose: to create and share work that lifts, inspires, and points hearts toward Christ. We began as a Christian publishing company, and as we grow, we look forward to expanding into original art and photography that reflects the beauty of God’s creations.

At the center of Wallace Press is Rosanne Markham, a lifelong writer, published composer and lyricist, and someone who has always found joy in the arts. For ten years, she performed as a singer in the duo Shadow, an experience that deepened her love for creativity and collaboration. Today, when she’s not writing, she can often be found behind a camera or an easel, capturing and painting the red rock landscapes of southern Utah.

Rosanne holds a B.A. in English and a master’s degree from the University of Utah, along with additional study in English literature at Cambridge University. She spent twenty years teaching English, Reading, and English as a Second Language in Salt Lake City—years that shaped her understanding of language, storytelling, and the power of words to change lives.

During 2025–2026, as she recovered from cancer, Rosanne began shaping and preparing a manuscript her father, Wallace Gibson, had left for her. The Answer grew out of that foundation. That experience opened a creative well, inspiring her to continue writing The Witness Chronicles. Immersing herself in the life of Jesus Christ brought deep peace and became a meaningful part of her healing.

Rosanne and her husband, Steve, now enjoy traveling, exploring new places, and spending time with their four children and nine grandchildren. Their family is at the heart of everything Wallace Press hopes to share: faith, beauty, and the stories that bind us together.
